In this section you will learn the four Ps of Management levels corresponding to the levels of influence. The understanding of each level and its impact at levels of influence will improve the Manager’s and Employees performance for the sustainable development of Quality Management System Standards in Organizations.
In this section you will learn the five (5) levels of Employees and their Job Description. The participants will learn the development of skill accordingly as he or she move to the next level.
In this section you will learn the rules you received subconsciously at different level of growing stage. These rules play an important part in your decision making process. Majority of these rules are based on wrong beliefs, values and attitudes. So you must challenge these rules for making the right decision. It all starts with asking a few disruptive questions. The participants will learn ways to challenge these rules and adapt new rules for the personal development.
In this section you will learn different ways of learning. Behavioral Learning is Changes in behaviors through associations between stimuli and responses. Cognitive Learning is information processing leads to understanding and reaction whereas, Constructivist approach to learning is to construct our own knowledge of the world based on individual experiences.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
All the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are generic and are intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides.
No matter what we learn, the ultimate test of our knowledge is in our experience. Theoretical knowledge is of no use unless it is backed by practical experience. That is the essence of education. And you can reduce the chances of failure, by understanding what you're lacking, and eliminating hazards that would otherwise catch you unawares. Better still, you can start to craft a strategy that distinguishes you from your competitors, and so compete successfully in your market.
The QHSE culture of an organization is the product of the individual and group values, attitudes, competencies and patterns of behavior that determine the commitment to, and the style and proficiency of, an organization’s health and safety management. Many companies have found that having good technical and management systems is not enough to achieve sustainable improvement unless there is a positive QHSE Culture in the organization. The first step is the Introduction of Technology. The second step is development and implementation of QHSE Management System followed by Development of positive QHSE Culture in the Organization.
