TALAASH means in search of something. For us it is journey of self-discovery. Our comprehensive services are embedded in our one word mission statement “TALAASH” which we explain as follows:
Travel is rich with learning opportunities, and the ultimate souvenir is a broader perspective. What one learns in a classroom is just a very small part of learning process. The real learning starts when one crosses borders and travels miles for the real knowledge. Travelling empowers the learners inside of us. Increase curiosity and humility. Being in the outdoors refreshes senses in a way that no office air ever could.
An adventure is an exciting experience that is typically a bold, sometimes risky, undertaking. Adventures may be activities with some potential for physical danger such as traveling, exploring, skydiving, mountain climbing, scuba diving, river rafting or participating in extreme sports. A challenge, whether it’s climbing a mountain or meeting people who don’t speak your language, is an opportunity to change yourself.
People who integrate a new culture into their identities, are more creative in the long run. Travelling open up mind, forcing to think in different ways, and bounce around between different ideas. It’s a concept scientist called, Cognitive Flexibility and the more cognitive flexible you are, the more creative you will be. Travel gives a bird’s eye view. Traveling helps us look at our lives from a distance both physically and metaphorically and when you do that, you’re able to see things a lot more clearly.
A new study from the Psychological Science found that anticipating an experience, before it even happened, makes you happier than if you’re waiting for something tangible like a new smartphone. Travelling gives you the skill of patience. Dealing with delays, mishaps, and different cultures during travels, makes you much more patient and understanding person overall and this is my favorite thought, at first travel leaves you speechless, and then it turns you into a storyteller.
The participative organizations and individuals will receive Ecotourism Award for creating income opportunities for the local people by purchasing and using their services in exchange of money. Ecotourism is defined as “responsible travel to natural areas that conserves the environment, sustains the well-being of the local people, and involves interpretation and education” (TIES, 2015). By increasing local capacity building and employment opportunities, ecotourism is an effective vehicle for empowering local communities around the world to fight against poverty and to achieve sustainable development.
Travelling with Management Consutant and Corporate Trainer will internally motivate the participants for sustainable success. Intrinsic motivation is an energizing of behavior that comes from within an individual, out of will and interest for the activity at hand. No external rewards are required to incite the intrinsically motivated person into action. The reward is the behavior itself.
Maddox found in his research that travelling the world increases faith in humanity. If people are living in harmony with each other, they are living together peacefully rather than fighting or arguing. We must try to live in peace and harmony with ourselves and those around us. He projected himself as the protector of national unity and harmony. Living in peace is an attitude and way of life, which can help us live well and with purpose, even during difficult times. It means we are at peace with who we are and have developed positive coping mechanisms for times of personal crisis.
